The patient presented with an anterior crossbite, mandibular deviation to the right, severe midline deviation, and significant tooth wear. Treatment was initiated with orthodontic therapy to correct the crossbite and midline deviation and to reposition the teeth appropriately in preparation for the restorative phase.
