Severe lower crowding and a functional shift, corrected with expansion and fixed braces

The case presented with severe mandibular crowding, a functional mandibular shift, and midline deviation. Treatment was initiated with rapid maxillary expansion, followed by fixed orthodontic appliances. The crowding, midline deviation, and mandibular shift were corrected, resulting in improved occlusion.
